We currently deliver within Cape Town metro area. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us for a quote.
For bulk orders (over R1000), delivery may be negotiated.
Deliveries occur between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. We will contact you to confirm a time window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email. For same-day deliveries, you may receive live updates from the driver.
If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you. Redelivery may incur an additional fee. If we cannot reach you, the order may be held for pickup.
Orders are processed within 1–2 hours during business hours. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for dispatch.
We do not ship hazardous materials outside of standard courier networks. All cleaning chemicals are packaged according to safety regulations.
