Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Custom or bulk orders may not be returnable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cleaning chemicals, soaps, or sanitary products unless they are faulty.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at apexinvestments03@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, if the order has been processed, it may be subject to our returns policy.
